1] Once your User name appears in the right pane, refresh your browser [This will populate the “Who is Chatting” area on the main page].

2] Move your cursor over the various icon’s and buttons and pause to see a balloon pop up describing what each does.

3] If you are staying on Chat but wish to step away, use the Away [click on door icon] feature. When you return, use the Back [click on door icon] feature.

4] If you place your cursor over the “user name” in the right pane and click, you can get a drupal profile [bio] of that person [if they have posted one].

5] Please click on the “disconnect” icon when you finish and before you leave the Chat room.

6] If your connection drops or disconnects you [common occurrence], just click on [and refresh] again.
