New Boots
Tue, 2010-02-02 01:58 — JenJenI'm going to need new boots this year so am wondering what boots work the best. I've found that a lot of boots for ladies have a much higher heel, which is OK if you're a passenger. I'm looking for something that offers more protection on the shins (took one or two bugs & rocks on the way to Stugis last year and they hurt!), around a 1" heel AND preferable somewhat waterproof. Living the the 'WET" coast, dry feet are a must. Lots of options for the guys, not so much for ladies.

Shelby's ride....okay I've only been riding a year but I absolutely love it. If I'd of only known how awesome of an experience it is biking, I would've have sooooo done this sooner.

What do you think of the Handlebars?
Sat, 2009-05-30 11:37 — caheinickenSince getting my 1300 I really love it but I agree with many of the forums I have read that the handlebars leave a lot to be desired. I have ordered th Royal Star Tour Deluxe bars off the Internet and will put them on as soon as they arrive. I will let you know how they are. If you have changed out yours please let me know your experience.

How do you deal with helmet head?
Thu, 2009-04-23 18:03 — cmpeek22As a lady rider, helmet head is a constant concern of mine. The only solution I've found is to braid my long hair. This is the only way I can keep from getting really bad knots in my hair that take forever to get out.
Any suggestions or tricks?
