Meet & Greet Update

Hi everyone,

I've opened up the sign-ups for the 2010 Meet & Greet in Salida. If you plan on joining us, please click the 2010 Meet & Greet link on the left and sign-up for the event. I should have the final details on the host hotel this weekend. This will include room styles, hotel particulars, and rates for the different rooms... I'll also post info on any details needed to get your room reserved.

Once the hotel information is available, I'll be emailing those of you who have signed up for the event immediately and you'll want to get your room booked. I have a feeling we'll be using a few more rooms than last year, and the hotel isn't as large as the one we had in Tennessee. In other words... act fast. ;)

As always if you have recommendations for our 2010 Meet & Greet page or the Meet & Greet itself, please let me know.

Riders United !

OK, now that I know who we are I'm a happy camper. Really looking forward to retirement (April 30th woo-woo !) and the trip out west. Also looking forward to getting back on the bike. Had some really knarley surgery done on my right wrist early in December and the Surgeon told me not to even think about getting on the bike until March (what a waste of good Florida weather). Its also taking me about 10 minutes to type this left-handed. Conrad ... looking for a source of school buses, ... can I depend on you to help build the ramps ?

I'm impressed that you'd trust me to help build anything. I'll bring my hammers [if it doesn't work, use a bigger hammer]. LOL

Reservations for Who ?

Wil,
What name did you use for the reservation at Gateway? I called and the young lady answering the phone didn't recognize "Yamaha 1300 Tourer" or any combination of those words and said you must be the "Raider Motorcycle Club". I wasn't about to argue with her as long as she gave me a reservation at the price that you posted. So, some kind of reservation was made., I may have to do a ride with the "Raiders" but we will be there.
