Wed, 2010-03-03 20:39 — Riding FAT and Flat
Four score and seven years ago, I was born a coal miners daughter. That would not have happened back in the U.S.S.R.
Because Indiana wants me and I can't go back there, you see I shot the sheriff but I did not shoot the deputy. Johnny Angel, was the one who did that! This sure ain't Sweet Home Alabama, so I went to sleep in Detroit City.
Well, my daddy was a great old man I can see him with a shovel in his hand, sittin' on the dock of the bay. I remember him saying, Patches I'm depending on you son, I want you to deliver thirty thousand pounds of bananas, to all my ex's who live in Texas.
I traded in my little Deuce coupe for a brand new shiny red super stock Dodge, and went to a garden party. While everyone was on a Surfin' Safari, I was on my way to Woodstock. It was there I hooked up with the Ghost Riders in the Sky, and met Mustang Sally. She said, come a little bit closer you're my kind of man. Talk about a Devil with a Blue Dress on! Good golly miss Molly!!!
We rode on my Moped named Flame out in the west Texas town of El Paso. It was there I became the Leader of the Pack. I had to give Bad Bad Leroy Brown, a beat down to take over. This came easy for me because I was Born To Be Wild.
I decided not to sell my soul to the company store, so it was a long long road with many a winding turn when I told my boss to Take This Job and Shove it. Then along came Mary! All I could say was, Baby Love, my Baby Love, I want you Oh how I need you. Now we're going to the Chapel, and we're, going to get married.
As we rode down Penny Lane, I knew I was, King of the road, when we made Amarillo, by morning. Just think, they use to call me the Easy Rider! It was there I became a Lineman for the county. A few years later we moved to New Orleans, where we bought a house called the Rising Son. We settled down there and it wasn't long before we had a baby boy, a boy named Sue.
Through out our lives we have remained Happy Together. We joined in on a Convoy, rode the Chattanooga Choo Choo, and finally got to go Surfin' USA. Thank God, I'm a country boy! Hopefully we will make it to the year 2525 if man is still alive, before we meet up with the spirit in the sky. This is my Bio remember . . . EVERYBODY LOVES A CLOWN, SO WHY DON'T YOU?
UPDATE: I have two motorcycles. 1) 2005 1100 Vstar 2) 2003 Gold Wing
My name is: Mark
