I've been meaning to get a pair of these for a while, and I'm glad I was finally able to do it. The_Marshall has also installed these, and has posted his opinion of them as well.
The mirrors are smaller than OEM, and convex, so they carry the obligatory warning "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear".
The front of the mirrors contain orange lights and act as running lights as well as blinking with the turn signals. On the outer edge of the mirrors are red "arrows" that blink with the turn signals. They're pretty bright and definitely an attention getter.
On the down side, I couldn't have picked a worse day to install them. It was 35F degrees in an unheated garage and it started raining to add to the fun, which pretty much meant that it was darker than I wanted and my hands were so cold I kept dropping the tools. Just to add to the joys of the day, my circuit tester crapped out and the batteries died in my camera halfway through the install. Sorry folks, no how-to. I can provide a written description if necessary, but this was really an easy install.
So what do they look like? Well, now that I have the camera recharged, here they are:
