Sorry, if this seems like a silly question, but I just installed the yamaha soft throw over bags with the yamaha saddlebag supports and the angle just seems a little exaggerated to me? Is this normal, am I crazy, do I just need to get used to it, did i install them wrong, does the angle seem exaggerated because I also have the extra width of the sissy bar supports? Is all that room necesary? Do some after market supports like the cobras or ghost brackets have a little less angle? These bags in particular do have a rigid back, that's why I picked them the seemed to have almost a combination look of hard and soft type bags that I found attractive, plus the price was right. I know there needs to be room there so my bike doesn't "eat" my cool new bags, but it just looks....I dunno a little goofy to me :( Sorry I just was a little disappointed with the look of them thought they'd look a little more flush like hard saddle bags. Thanks for the advice ahead of time, I really love this forum. I'll attach a better pic when I get I have some daylight tomorrow.
