Hello All,
Found this forum by chance...it's good to have a site dedicated to our specific bike. I bought an 08 in seashell in late June. Just turned 2100 miles. Need to get out more!!
Haven't riden in about 30 years (since I was 19) and was a bit intimidated at first since the 1300T is a little big for a "starter" bike, but have been adjusting pretty well. May be a while before I'm scraping the floorboards (not as fearless as I used to be) but it will come.
Hope to get to meet some of you for a ride in the future, so if you're ever in the area of West Chester, Pa, let me know.
Ride Safe & all the Best,
Kev
hey
Just wait until you get you get your first floorboard touchdown... I scraped my floorboards the other day taking the on-ramp to HWY 75 South - even though I did it once before the sound startled me and I almost jumped off the bike! ~ kevin
Thanks for the warm welcomes
Thanks for the warm welcomes from all of you! I'll definitely let you know if I'm in your areas.
By the way, the Eagles are gonna make T.O. wish he retired come Sunday!
Southern California here
Southern California here .and Ive got me a black 1300 hundred.A could hardly wait till my son put his airbrush touch to it.
Cowboys fan
Even though I'm smack dab in the middle of Redskin territory (Fredericksburg Va) I've been a die hard Cowboy fan forever. Big game comming up Monday night. Gonna be a big loss for the Eagles though.
Back to the 1300, your going to love this bike. I hadn't ridden in 20 years when I bought mine and it did feel a bit big at first but it didn't take long before it started feeling real comfortable. Take your time and ease into it. Before you know it you'll be riding on top of the world.

Hello fellow Pennsylvanian
I'm from the other end of the state in the southwestern area, Fayette County, very near the border of Westmoreland County, in a little community known as Bear Rocks. Actually my mailing address is Acme, Pa. Sorry, I'm a Green Bay Packer fan myself :-) If you're ever in this part of the state maybe I can show you around a bit. There are some gorgeous places to visit and one of the most scenic is Ohioyple State Park. Lots of nice trout fishing streams in this area too :-) Nice to meet you Kevin. Maybe our paths will cross some day. Enjoy that 1300. It is a sweet ride for sure.
