Long time reader first time writer

Hello everyone. I got my 1300 in july been reading ever since love the website just wish there were more people in my area (central Indiana). Mines Candy Red and yes it is the fastest color (got the ticket to prove it)

Sounds like someone reads the newspaper

I like your name. Sounds a lot like the local newspaper. Anyway, I am just east of Indianapolis, and I know there are a few of us down south. I drive a blue 1300, which was too fast for the cop to give me the ticket, at least that is how I tell it. After a speeding ticket in my car 7 years ago, I cannot bring myself to speed anymore. I was a marion county resident in Carmel, and was clocked at 84 in a 40...stupid kid. $500 and 30 day suspension later, and I know it is not worth the risk.
I think us hoosiers need to revisit an Indiana get together soon. Maybe we can plan a Sunday afternoon ride to Brown county or to Metamora. I went out to Metamora this past Sunday (IN-52 E to IN-229 S, then I-74 home). 229 is a beautiful road and a lot of fun to ride. Also, the town of Oldenville (off of 229) is a nice little town with festivals almost every week. The leaves are starting to turn, so give it a week or two and the ride will be perfect.

I don't know how many are in Indiana but about every other bike in Indiana, will be in Nashville (IN) in the coming weeks.
A Ride on 135 South of 46 would be great!
